Regulations about structure of teams (groups)
In order to give dynamism to the competition, increase interest and observe time-limit 2,5-3 hours, the ergonomic calculations of the competition are carried out which has determined the optimal number of participating teams - no more than three.
Such number of teams is stipulated by the time spent by judges to estimate the competition results, calculation of points in protocols of jury, determination of rating places on competition nominations, answers of arbitrators to the appeals etc.
Each team (group) consists of 7 persons: the captain (head) and 6 person of a team.
The functions of the captain (head) consist in:
- Coordination of the game of a team,
- Control of objectivity of judges’ work,
- Filing of an appeal to the jury in case of disagreement with the points put down by the judges (examiners),
- Keeping count of points gathered by the participants in either, one or another nomination,
- Informing the members of a team about a rating position of a team,
- Reporting the current information about the course of competition.
6 persons of a team participate in 4 nominations.
2 persons from a team participate in each nomination.
Competition «the Gold scalpel» has following nominations:
No 1 - Surgery: «Do well and fast».
No 2 - Splinter in an eye: «Find and remove».
No 3 - «Press the button, colleague»
No 4 - «Show erudition»
The nomination No 1 - takes all the competitive time, 2 persons from each team participate, (altogether 6 persons).
The nomination No 2 - takes 50 % of the competition time, 2 persons from each team (altogether 6 persons) participate, the same participants turn to a nomination No 3 after fulfillment of the nomination.
The nomination No 3 - takes 50 % of time, 2 persons from each team from the nomination No 2 participate, (altogether 6 persons).
The nomination No 4 - takes all the competitive time, 2 persons from each team participate, (altogether 6 person).
Thus, 2 persons from each team constantly participate in the nomination No 1 and No 4, other 2 participants work in 2 nominations in turn first in the nomination No 2, then they pass to the nomination No 3 and they finish competitions at the same time with other participants.
In total 6 participants from each team participate in 4 nominations.
