Introduction

When the social economic reforms occurring today in Ukraine, have affected practically all spheres of public life including education, search of ways and means of activation of the teacher activity, his striving for the professional perfection takes on special significance.

The present manual evidently shows this search and aspiration of teachers of university to be in the vanguard of pedagogical search.

The results of the sociological researches which had been carried out by the scientists - researchers on the faculty of ophthalmic diseases of the Crimean state medical university were the considerable incentive to create this manual as a result of a three-year research experiment. Questioning of 1100 students of this higher school, including 296 students of foreign countries, has shown dissatisfaction of the students with both the knowledge at the ophthalmic diseases course, and the level of teaching on this faculty as a whole. Remarks and offers of students, including foreign students, have also caused immediate search of essentially new educational system with changing the existing conservative system established on this faculty and transferring to the international educational standard.

The subsequent scientific examinations of the experimental group scientists have allowed to formulate legibly a problem, to construct a working hypothesis, to test it with the help of research experiment, having created thus innovational technologies «Intensive technologies in training of the KRYM•MED•DIDACTIC medical staff», to register them in the copyrights state agency of Ukraine, to become laureates of the ?V international exhibition of educational institutions «the Modern education in Ukraine - the third millennium».

The distinctive feature of this manual is its pragmatism. Scientists did not only criticize the educational system on one of the university faculties, but also showed due to implementation of new educational technologies not only how it is possible to improve pedagogical process, but also improved it in practice.

When creating new pedagogical system scientists performed the patent search analyzing all the most significant educational systems in 18 countries with final result of comparative pedagogics principles. The researchers have taken this direction in pedagogics as in science, together with didactics - sphere of the pedagogics developing scientific bases of training and education as a basis.

The manual acquaints with such important concept as pedagogical management in teaching - pedagogical activity of managers on organization and creation of an effective system of teaching process management.

Introduced during experiment on the faculty the computer monitoring in the knowledge monitoring system was able to trace continuously the material comprehensibility by students and to correct learning process if necessary.

The difference of 2 systems of teaching - traditional and constructed on a technological basis with application of models and simulators is convincingly shown in the manual.

At the same time there was generalized domestic and foreign experience of medical simulators creation. Their classification is carried out; with reference to teaching problems the analysis of the doctor work in practice in "person - person" system with training in "person - simulator" system is made, the principles of systematic simulators design are considered, the requests to them as to systems of training are justified and channels of their realization are shown.

The major attention is given to problems of development of psychological-pedagogical principles of simulators construction and methods of training on them, to the characteristic of skills, procedure of carrying out of exercises and trainings, mathematical learning models, methods of control, management and assessment of trainees work.

Technical principles of simulators construction, composition and typical block diagrams, computing facilities and hardware, evaluation procedures of their quality are illustrated in detail. The considerable place is occupied with consideration of the mathematical models development principles, problems of simulation and realization of control object models in simulators, composition and block diagrams of typical medical simulators are considered.

Till now there is a problem of quality training of experts in sphere of an eye microsurgery. The matter does not concern the qualification and its increase of mostly a narrow circle of microsurgeons as it is everywhere in practical public health services, but the wide coverage by high technologies of all medical experts training without exception from the master, intern up to the microsurgeon - the professional under the condition to study constantly everything and everywhere. Of course such condition at the extensive mechanism of managing is impracticable by virtue of excessively costs. The creation of intensive mechanism for the training of microsurgeons was also of great importance, because the traditional methods of teaching to the skills of surgical technique hindered and hinder to master high technologies and surgery, as a science.

The application of a simulator solved all problems in this difficult question.

So, at the Crimean Republic center of vision rehabilitation training-experimental operating-room is created where trainings on animal eyes to the initial skills of microsurgical technique by a principle - «from model to man» is carried out.

The methodical manual acquaints with system of implementation in the educational process of basic lectures and abstracts. Implementation of this innovation was dictated first of all by low efficiency of traditional lectures and impossibility for a short period of study to comprehend the material of textbooks for ophthalmic diseases in total volume of 450 pages.

The supporting summary of lecture opens briefly but completely the contents of each of course themes. Providing information in it is carried out so that to use all opportunities of visual and psychological effect during getting knowledge by trainees.

In the work the considerable place is given to informatics and medical informatics, as the most perspective component of the pedagogical process.

The importance of this work is determined by impartiality, maximal objectivity and a maximum criticality in the question of disclosing of incapacity of educational process on certain faculty and convincing show of an opportunity of conservative faculty breakthrough in the category of advanced.

The group of authors, having the purpose to make the most progressive pedagogical system for pedagogical process of the university does not exclude at that the creating for Ukraine the school of the best practices with the opportunity of its extrapolation on all specialties of public health services.
