Nature of comparative pedagogics and pedagogical technologies
Process of construction of a national education system in Ukraine and its integration into the European and world organization demands, first of all, analysis of the state and tendencies of development of education both in Ukraine, and in the world. Only comparing to the results of this analysis and taking into account this conjuncture, it is possible to determine the efficient model of teaching.
The comparative pedagogics corresponds to this main task – this science was first appeared in 1817 in France, found very fast comprehension and application practically in all countries. (Bogdanova I.M., etc., 2000)
Association of didactics scientists of many countries in the unified international process of comparative pedagogics led to the establishment of International institute of comparative pedagogics IICP. Programs and recommendations of its scientific centers, faculties, societies and associations had a positive impact on the forming of the educational policy of many countries, including Ukraine.
The comparative pedagogics is for Ukraine a new line of investigation which is in the making. In Ukraine only in the middle of nineties there were founded Lvov laboratory of comparative pedagogics and special research laboratory of comparative pedagogics at the Kiev institute of pedagogics and psychology of vocational education.
One of the comparative pedagogics elements is the pedagogical technology implemented on the faculty of ophthalmic diseases of the Crimean Republic center of vision rehabilitation and described in the following sections.
